PAYMENT & FEES

Should you register on our website and/or purchase product(s) or service(s) on our website, you agree to pay us the specific monetary amounts required for that product(s) or service(s). These monetary amounts will be described to you during your account registration and/or confirmation process. The final amount required for payment will be shown to you immediately prior to purchase.

SALES

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with all information regarding the goods and services, including product descriptions and images. However, Seasonal Specialty Stores does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any product information.

PAYMENT

You agree to ensure payment for any items you may purchase from us, and you acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing, you agree to provide us with a valid email and phone number, as well as valid billing information.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that you provide to us. If we do so after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to you in the amount of the purchase price.

We also may request additional information from you, prior to confirming a sale, and we reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of our products.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted with an original receipt, for proof of purchase.Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be made with or in the original packaging.

Any credit card return must be applied to the card used to make the original purchase.

Cash or check sales are unable to be refunded in the store.You will be issued a check, from our corporate office, within 3 to 5 business days of the return.

Pool Chemicals, Spa Chemicals and Pool Liners are never able to be returned.

Robotic Pool Cleaners are warranted from the manufacturer.As such, returns can only be made with a Manufacturer’s Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

CURBSIDE OR IN-STORE PICK-UP AND SHIPPING

The use of our E-Com site is for curbside or in-store pick-up.We do not offer shipping.
