ONLINE CURBSIDE PICKUP RETURN POLICY

Online Curbside Pickup returns are accepted with an original receipt, for proof of purchase.Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase and must be made with or in the original packaging.

Any credit card return must be applied to the card used to make the original purchase.

Cash or check sales are unable to be refunded in the store.You will be issued a check, from our corporate office, within 3 to 5 business days of the return.

Pool Chemicals, Spa Chemicals and Pool Liners are never able to be returned.

Robotic Pool Cleaners are warranted from the manufacturer.As such, returns can only be made with a Manufacturer’s Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

The use of our E-Com site is for online curbside or in-store pick-up purposes only. We do not offer shipping for online orders.
