STEP BILTMOR w SELF LATCH

The Innova Biltmor Step includes two handrails, a non-skid surface, and safe, closed sides that permit water circulation yet prevent child entrapment. Made from UV-resistant polyethylene the enlarged front lip allows for gentle contact with the liner. The Biltmor is ergonomically designed to support up to 350 pounds. It is 25” wide and 36” deep. The height of the inner step from floor to top step is 42”. The outer self-closing, self-latching section EXCEEDS BOCA Requirements. It is 26” Wide. There is 7” from the ground to the bottom of the gate, and the latch is located 56” inches off the ground.
